His favorites are Star Wars/Clone Wars, but the police/city/boat and Alien Conquest sets are close behind. He recently turned 9 and has gotten to the point where he is building pretty much everything independently (much to the chagrin of my hubby who likes to build too). He loves the boat sets as he will then take them into the bathroom (and yes, they do float). This particular set has been a lot of fun given there is a lot more to it than just a boat and he can integrate the pieces into his other sets. He also has enjoyed getting some random several pound lots from 'a certain on-line auction website'--when he's not building space ships with them he will be using them for building more boats.
